Daily Self Care Tips:


  1. Get 6-8 hours of sleep.
  2. Drink an ounce of water per pound of your body weight.
  3. Attempt to get some kind of physical activity in every single day.
  4. Get outside/get fresh air (Vitamin D!)
  5. Journal, meditate, or read
  6. Eat three balanced meals a day


Keeping up with all six of these things is difficult for me. I definitely don’t stick to them 100% of the time. But when I do, even if it’s just for a few days, I feel so much better and much more balanced!
